After visiting the Poconos for many years we discovered how unbelievably beautiful and serene the area is. There are so many remarkable and breathtaking parts of nature and landscapes that kept us coming back, especially being only two hours from NYC. We loved it so much, we decided to buy a rental home so that others can share the same beautiful experiences and make memories here to last a lifetime.
Beautiful 3000 sq. ft. house in the amenity filled gated community of Saw Creek Estates with 24HR security. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Bedrooms are arranged with 1 King, 1 Queen, twin bunk beds and a full size sofa bed in the downstairs gaming room. Crib also available.
Large whirl pool tub and separate rain shower in master bath. 50-55” flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, 60” in living room and 40” in downstairs bedroom. 70inch home theater with leather sectional couches, bar area and pool table are perfect for entertaining in our 1,100sq foot lower level. Gaming room for kids (or kids at heart) has XBox360 with many games as well as board games and toys.
For the colder nights there is a wood burning fireplace in living room. The outside features a front and back deck as well as a screened in porch ideal for outdoor dining. A BBQ grill awaits you with capabilities for both gas and charcoal grilling. Large sectional sofas for outdoor seating await you on the deck. The back yard opens up to beautiful view of the Pocono woods where on occasion you might get lucky and catch a glimpse of wildlife, such as turkeys and deer. Breathtaking foliage year round. There is a hammock to lounge in by day and a fire pit to gather round in the evenings.
Open floorplan kitchen/dining room with breakfast bar that seats 3-4 and beautiful dining table with bench and seats. Refrigerator can be stocked prior to arrival upon request. The living room is very spacious with sectional sofas and vaulted ceilings.
Amenities
The views and amenities are plenty but for those looking to take a swim, there is a large indoor and seasonal outdoor pool just a couple of minutes away at the Top of the World where guests can also enjoy hot tub and fitness center. The Saw Creek Community has more info available on their website but there are ski slopes, basketball courts, tennis courts just to name a few. We provide six complimentary community passes for all pools and amenities. Additional passes can be purchased in advance.
Attractions- Shawnee mountain ski area is ten minutes away. Camelbeach water park and Camelback Ski 30min away. Bushkill water falls 10min away and outlet stores 20min drive. Adventure sports 20min away for great outdoor activities year round. The area has boats, canoes and kayaks available for rent, streams and lakes for fishing, trails for people and pets.
Rates
Rental Rates are based on a six person occupancy per day with a two day minimum stay. Rates vary from week days to weekends as well as seasonally. There is a charge for additional people as well as a pet fee for approved furry family members. All bookings are subject to a cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit. Larger groups and gatherings are permitted on a case by case basis and are subject to an event fee dependent on the event.
